We will look at making decisions to improve marketing performance, operational performance, financial performance, and human resource performance. Year 12 exams will be conducted internally to monitor progress. Year 13: Students will then go on to explore how to analyse the strategic position of a business, choose strategic direction, and learn how to pursue strategies and manage strategic change.
