Chemistry can lead to a range of careers in science and technology from forensics to materials and environmental sciences. It is an essential subject for many health care related courses, including medicine. What Our Students Say I enjoy the practical side of A Level Chemistry as well as learning about physical and organic chemistry. Some of the topics will build on GCSE knowledge whilst others may introduce you to completely new concepts! If you decide to take A Level Chemistry, I would advise you to explore some examples of the chemical processes described in the topic to be able to apply your knowledge to different scenarios. A Level Chemistry at SFH6 will allow you to study and analyse many different specialisations in chemistry both in practice and on paper. If you want to learn about the components that create everything around us, then chemistry might be the subject for you.
