
Studying A Level Law will give students the opportunity to study the nature of law and its role in society whilst gaining knowledge and understanding of the English legal system. Students will study, analyse and evaluate the legal rules and principles of areas such as criminal and tort law, contract law and Human Rights, applying these principles to different scenarios. In doing so, learners will develop strong critical thinking skills and the ability to construct clear, concise and reasoned judgements. The course will be assessed through three written examination papers.
