We would like to invite you and your son/daughter to our Sixth Form Open Evening for prospective sixth formers and their parents/carers. The evening will give everyone the opportunity to speak to teachers, current Sixth Form students and members of the Sixth Form Team about the courses we offer and life in the Sixth Form. Arrival from 5.45pm. Event closes at 7.30pm.

New Year 12 induction day with taster sessions

Hi all,

As mentioned during your interview we hold 3 transition days after your GCSE exams to help you prepare for joining year 12 in September. These days allow you the opportunity to 

• Meet your A level teachers
• Take part in transition lessons
• Meet your form tutors
• Collect resources including textbooks and files
• Additional information required for starting your courses
• Meet other students from different schools
• Enrichment activities
• Talks around sixth form expectations

The transition days provide fundamental opportunity in all of the above but really does help you to start with us in September ready to hit the ground running. There will also be a letter posted home with further details.
