Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School is delighted to invite prospective Sixth Form students and parents/carers to an introductory talk and tour of our school.

This event is for ALL current Year 11 pupils, you do not have to be a current pupil at Saint Cecilia's to join us. We welcome applicants to our Sixth Form from all other schools.

NOTE: If your child is at primary school and you are looking for entry at Year 7, please DO NOT book tickets for this event as this is tailored to Sixth Form students only. Our Year 7 prospectus and information on how to apply is on our school website.

You will hear from the Renata Joseph (Headteacher), Paul Bishop (Director of Sixth Form), Jo Osborn (Year Leader for Year 12 and 13) and some of our current students. You will be taken on a tour of our school to learn from our teaching staff about the range of A Level and BTEC qualifications we offer.

Staff will also be giving talks on our Rugby and Netball Academies.

Tickets are per person, not per family, so please select one ticket for each person attending the event (ie, one pupil with both parents = three tickets).

Doors will open at 6:15pm for a 6:30pm start.

London Academy of Excellence Stratford is the academic sixth form for independent thinkers.

This is your chance to hear from staff and students and find out more about the sixth form that regularly produces the best A-level results in East London. 

You will have the chance to find out about student life and all of the subjects that we offer, as well as our unique and unmatched programme of co-curricular opportunities and support for students. 

In order to be eligible for consideration, students need to be predicted to achieve the following GCSE results for August 2025: 

• at least eight GCSEs at grades 7 to 9 
• at least a grade 7 in Mathematics 
• at least a grade 7 in English Language 
• all subject-specific requirements relevant to their chosen A level courses (see here)

An opportunity for current Year 11 Thomas Adams School students to attend the Sixth Form for the day.

Current Thomas Adams students will be able to sign-up for this event during form time and can 'taste 5 different subjects throughout the day.

• Please make your way directly to the Stanier Hall on the day.
• You will not be required to wear uniform and can wear your own suitable clothing.
• You will not be permitted to leave the site during the day
