Health Studies

Course summary

This qualification is equivalent in size to two A Levels and is for students who would like to develop the knowledge and skills required by organizations providing any health or social-based care. This applied course offers opportunities to explore aspects of health and the management of care services to meet the needs of clients from young children to the elderly. There will be ongoing links with local care providers including the opportunity to do work experience placements.
