Assessment

AS: • Unit 1 - Research materials - develop a knowledge and understanding of the process of planning, conducting, analysing and reporting psychological research. (1 hour 30 minutes exam). • Unit 2 - Psychological themes through Core Studies - exploring key pieces of classic and contemporary research from a wide range of areas In Psychology. (1 hour 30 minutes exam). A2: • Unit 1 - Research methods (as above). (2 hour exam). • Unit 2 - (Psychological themes through Core Studies (as above) (2 hour exam). • Unit 3 - Applied Psychology - looking at how Psychology Is used in the areas of Mental Health, Child Psychology and Criminal Psychology. (2 hour exam)
