Course summary

This is a course designed for those who are interested in all aspects of the Music Industry including sound production, sequencing, and recording. It demands a critical ear for listening and an ability to make musical decisions. You will need some knowledge of musical notation and some skill on an instrument would be beneficial but by no means essential. Most of all, you will need to spend time refining your work and never settle for second best. BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificates are specialist qualifications for students who have a clear view of their future career or are seeking progression to higher education. BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificates are equivalent to one GCE A level and are highly valued by universities, further education colleges, and employers alike.
