Course summary

The Extended Project Qualification is delivered through the Enrichment Programme in either Year 12 or Year 13. The qualification is open to all students. You will learn to develop independent research skills and produce a 5,000 word written essay or report on a topic of your choice. If you would prefer to create an ‘artefact’ (for example, a painting, a score of music, a book), there is an option to do that. You will be taught, in enrichment lessons, how to approach the research elements, how to reference material and how to construct a report that looks, in depth, at a topic that interests or inspires you.
