Course summary

French A Level covers a variety of topics which will deepen your knowledge and love of language. French is a world language, with more than 300 million people speaking French on the five continents. It is a language for the international job market, it is the language of culture and of travel. By taking A Level French you will be opening up the world, by not only learning the French language but also culture and history. Unit 1: Listening, reading comprehension and writing which is a translation from French to English Unit 2: Writing essay on a book and a film and a translation from English to French Unit 3: Speaking: discussion on a stimulus card and presentation and discussion of anindependent research project.
