Course summary

The food service industry requires dedicated individuals who can deliver a personal service in the preparation and serving of food and drink. This course will teach you how to prepare and cook various foods by watching demonstrations and gaining valuable work experience. The programme has been designed to give you a broad knowledge of the industry. On completion you will have the option of either progressing to further or higher study, or employment. Engaging with employers is also an integral part of this programme well seek to ensure that you have opportunities to gain real-world experience of your chosen sector.
