Course summary

The A Level course in German is designed to help you develop your reading, listening, speaking and writing skills and to deepen your understanding of German culture and society. You will study topics relevant to contemporary life such as the changing role of the family, the multicultural society and aspects of political and artistic life in Germany. In addition, you will learn to translate both from and into German and will study a film and a literary text.
