Assessment
Students will take 2 internally assessed papers at the end of year 1 A-level studies. Students will sit 2 external assessed papers at the end of year 2 A-level studies. • Paper 1: Core Pure Mathematics • Paper 2: Further Mathematics Options Each paper lasts 1 hour and 40 minutes and is worth 50% of the qualification.
