The department at Whitgift is made up of teachers who have different backgrounds in the business world (HSBC, Procter & Gamble) and lead engaging lessons, adding real-world context to make the learning in line with current affairs. Through the study of decision-making by consumers, businesses and governments, students will gain a fantastic insight into the world. The modern world has changed so much in the last decade as a result of a global financial crisis, technological progress and political change.
