Course summary

A popular choice for linguists who want to continue with a language – France is our nearest neighbour and French is spoken in many parts of the world, including Africa and Canada. The course develops spoken and written language skills alongside a new appreciation of the cultural context within which the language exists; including film, literature and contemporary social issues.
