Internally assessed, externally moderated Devising – In groups of 3 – 6, Centre choice of a key extract (10 mins playing time) from a performance text and a theatre practitioner as stimuli. A 3000-word portfolio Group piece and monologue (20%) Practical exam, externally assessed A group performance from one key extract from a text (3 – 6 people, 20 – 45 minutes) and a monologue (2 – 3 minutes) performance. Written paper (40%) 2 hours 30 minutes written exam, externally assessed Section A - Live Theatre Evaluation (20 marks) Section B – Realising a Performance text – Contemporary text from List A (36 marks) Section C – Interpreting a performance text – Study and interpretation of a text from List B and a second practitioner.
