Assessment

This course is assessed through three written examinations, two of which cover the theoretical content and a third which focuses on practical skills developed through the course. You will also complete 12 practical assessments that do not form part of the final grade, but are used to assess your practical competency. In addition to your final A Level grade, you will be awarded a Practical Endorsement in Physics. Many science-based university courses will require this as part of their offer for course places.
