Entry Requirements

At least 5 GCSEs at grades 9-5, grade 6 in English Language or Literature, and Mathematics. A-level Business requires precise mathematical skills for calculating and interpreting financial ratios. Literacy skills are also key to gaining high grades for this subject, as there is a wide variety of written coursework. The ability to write well, using learned business vocabulary is very important. Students aiming for an A*-B grade, need to be able to write well reasoned judgments supported with detailed analysis of case study businesses and highly evaluative reasoned judgements.
