Mathematics

Course summary

Throughout the two years, students will develop and extend their existing understanding of Algebraic manipulation and Trigonometry. Many students will be introduced to the aspects of Calculus and it’s applications for the first time, while diving into the world of exponentials and logarithms. Students will also discover for themselves, the links between the many different areas of Mathematics, and they will be introduced to the two applied areas of the A-level Mathematics course – Statistics and Mechanics.
