Entry Requirements
A typical Sixth Form student will join Year 12 with a minimum of six GCSEs at Level 5 or above, including Mathematics and English, with Level 6 achieved in those subjects they propose to study at A Level. Mathematics is a cumulative subject; it builds upon itself. So a good result in the Higher GCSE paper is essential to being successful at A level. It is a good idea to talk to your current teacher if Mathematics or Further Mathematics at A level interests you.
