Entry Requirements

Entry to Sixth Form is by application and is dependent on the candidate achieving the minimum academic requirement of five GCSE grades at C or above (at least three at Grade B or above). The equivalent of GCSE Music Level 5 is needed to study Music Technology. However, applications from suitable candidates are also considered. You should be a dedicated and enthusiastic student with a passion for Music and Production. A Level Music Technology combines practical, analytical, creative and academic study with a focus on independence and self-motivation. You will be responsible for organising yourself and other musicians during recording sessions so organisation and the ability to manage your time effectively are essential.
