Course summary

Dubbed “the Maths of the Humanities”, Latin teaches a range of skills across linguistics, literature, and history. Students will learn how language works, enabling them to communicate with logical precision. They study the Romans through their own words, providing excellent practice in learning how to interact with foreign cultures in an increasingly multi-cultural world. Due to its cross-curricular nature, Latin sits at the intersection of the Humanities and the Sciences.
