Geography

Course summary

Geography studies the world and its people, looking at how the physical and human worlds interact over both space and time. Geography is evident in our daily lives. As a geographer, you will study how you fit into the big picture and begin to see how your actions could lead to change and affect the world’s future. Topics are split into two categories. Physical Geography explores water and carbon cycles, hazards, coastal systems and landscapes. Human Geography examines global systems and global governance, changing places, population and the environment.
