Physical Education / Sports Studies
Course summary
PE at A Level is a multidisciplinary course covering a diverse range of topics including human biology, history, sociology, psychology and practical performance. The main reason to choose any subject to study at A Level is interest. This will automatically lead to effort and hopefully to an enjoyment of the learning process. We will help you to develop your knowledge; your ability to interpret questions; and improve the skills necessary for success in all in four units of the course. This A Level, because of its breadth of material, will complement any combination of choices, however the links between A Level Biology and the anatomy and physiology unit are obvious. The same can be said for A Level Psychology and unit 2 in PE.
