Course summary

From quarks and the strong nuclear force through to galaxies and gravity, you will learn to apply the laws of nature, build mathematical models, think creatively and solve problems. Experimentation is at the heart of the course with both demos and longer investigations used to introduce and develop key concepts. In a time of rapid technological development, we aim to bring the subject alive and showcase its importance in society whilst providing a strong base of skills for further scientific study.
