Through one-to-one discussions with your teacher the course enables you to make personal decisions about the direction of your own art and design work and the fields you want to investigate. You will learn to experiment with media, techniques and processes and research and develop your ideas. Our aim is to help you realise your ambitions at the highest possible level. Pupils have gone on to study Architecture at Cambridge, Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Design, Glass and Contemporary Craft and Advertising amongst many other courses.
We are delighted that you are considering Halliford Sixth Form. Entry into Sixth Form is based on an interview, a satisfactory report from the previous school, and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 5 or above including English and Mathematics. It is a requirement that students achieve at least a Grade 6 at GCSE in the subjects that they wish to study at A Level.
