Art and Design (Fine Art)

Course summary

Universities and employers seek applicants who are creative and critical thinkers. This course will teach you how to arrive at unique, creative outcomes. Through one-to-one discussions with your teacher the course enables you to make personal decisions about the direction of your own art and design work and the fields you want to investigate. You will learn to experiment with media, techniques and processes and research and develop your ideas. Our aim is to help you realise your ambitions at the highest possible level. Pupils have gone on to study Architecture at Cambridge, Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Design, Glass and Contemporary Craft and Advertising amongst many other courses.
