Entry Requirements

An A level Physics student is expected to have a minimum of a grade 7 in IGCSE Physics or a 7 grade equivalent in the Physics component of IGCSE Double Award Science. We also recommend that you have at least a 7 in IGCSE mathematics to support your studies. Students who have struggled to master GCSE Physics or Maths will find A level very difficult – to access B grades and above at A level we expect minimum grade 8s in Physics and Maths.
