Assessment

For both Standard and Higher Level, the individual oral assessment is based on one or more core themes. In addition, Higher Level students will be assessed on an extract from a literary source. We encourage all language students to spend some time in the ‘target language country’ in order to develop their oral fluency over the course of the diploma.
