Entry Requirements

Students wishing to study AS Level Geography will need to have achieved a grade B in GCSE Geography on the higher tiered paper, a grade 6 in GCSE English and a grade 6 in GCSE Mathematics and B in Science to cope with the demands of the course. Students who have not studied Geography at GCSE will also be considered. Entry Requirements Students wishing to continue their A Level Geography studies will need to achieve at least a grade D in the AS Level. If you are hoping to study an A Level qualification you will need to have achieved at least 5 grade ‘C’s in 5 separate subjects. This must include a grade 5 in both English Language and Mathematics. Our Vocational courses are for those students who achieved a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
