A Level PE consists of 2 written papers. Paper 1 - Factors affecting participation in sport (35 % of A Level). Paper 2 - Factors affecting optimal performance in physical activity and sport (35% of A Level). Pupils are also assessed in a non-exam assessment for practical performance worth 30%.
