Our sixth form is a vibrant hub where students play a crucial role in shaping the success of our community. We take immense pride in our current students and their predecessors, celebrating their many achievements. With high expectations for both students and teachers, we foster an environment that is underpinned by our school values of commitment, courtesy, conscientiousness, and community-mindedness.

As a sixth-form student, you will be treated with respect and given the freedom to learn and grow. Enjoy your own unique and personalised building and study centre —designed for independent, focused work—as well as our exciting new social space for collaborative work. Our new sixth form café area includes a place to purchase food and drink to be enjoyed in an area dedicated to sixth-form students. In return, we expect you to embody the qualities of a mature, responsible young adult and to serve as a role model for our younger students.

Our passionate teachers are eager to work with you. They appreciate your dedication and will go the extra mile to share their knowledge and support your academic journey. Each student is assigned a dedicated group tutor who will focus on your personal welfare, monitor your progress, and help you set ambitious yet achievable targets. All Sixth Form students are expected to contribute to the wider school community. Additionally, we participate in national opportunities such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and Young Enterprise. We have a strong student leadership team which includes student-led activities such as a weekly debate club and charity support.

Student destinations in the last five years include a wide range of universities, such as Birmingham, Exeter, Loughborough, Queen Mary, Southampton and UCL. Apprenticeships have been gained at Pinewood and Balfour Beatty. Our students have secured fantastic employment opportunities at renowned companies such as Adobe, Premiere League and The Guardian.
