Assessment

• 40% written exam, assessing each pupil’s understanding of a wide variety of music, such as Western Classical, Baroque Choral studied from the Anthology. • 30% externally assessed coursework; two compositions, one set to a brief from the Exam Board. • 30% externally assessed coursework; A public recital lasting a minimum of 8 minutes.
