Course summary

Physics is both a worthwhile subject in itself and a subject greatly valued beyond school. While it has a reputation for being difficult, it also has a considerable market value. Universities and the engineering industry are very keen to attract girls to read Physics or Physical Engineering at university. In many fields such as medicine, communications, computer technology, media, electronics, and optics a qualification in Physics is seen as essential or at least desirable. Development of practical skills, Foundations of Physics, Forces and Motion, Electrons waves and photons, Newtonian world and Astrophysics, Particles and Medical Physics.
