Our Open Evening has been designed to inform about our Level 3 pathways and provision, the application process and life in the Sixth Form community.  

Everyone should attend the Sixth Form team presentation in the Hall at 7pm.

You are encouraged to visit subject areas and talk with teachers to find out more about the courses we offer and where they can lead. You should also take the opportunity to chat with students about life in Sixth Form beyond learning!

Come and visit our Open Evening and find out about all of the courses we offer as well as the exciting Whitefriars Basketball Academy!

Join us for our Post 16 Options Evening at Mascalls Academy, to learn more about what we offer to students from our current cohort and from schools in the local area. 

We offer a programme of A-Levels that can be combined with voctional and technical qualifications. 

Students who study with us do well and achieve academically, enabling them to choose from a range of Post 18 options, including university and apprenticeship pathways. 

The evening begins at 5pm with a talk from the Head of 6th Form followed by a chance to tour the site and meet the teachers as well as seeing our facilities. The evening will conclude at 7pm.

We would like to invite you to our "Welcome Day" on the 3rd July 2024.

It is an opportunity to spend time in the school with fellow new Year 12 students and your tutors.

The day will run from 11am - 2pm and the plan is as follows:

11.am - arrive and sign in at reception.

11.00 - 11.30 - meet other students in our common room - tea, coffee and drinks provided.

11.30 - 12.00 - Meet the tutors, Head of Sixth Form and welcome assembly - Pavillion.

12:00 - 13.30 - Team Building/ice breaker activities on 3G pitch with your new tutor groups and tutors.

13:30 - 14:00 - Welcome barbeque for all and an opportunity to meet teachers of sixth form subjects informally.

14:00 - Free to leave - Instructions for results day given to all on departure.

The day is designed to get to know all new students from other schools and welcome back our current Year 11 who have applied.

Please come in sportswear ( leggings for girls and no cycling shorts please).
